Hello, my name is Nashua’s Honor, but everyone calls me Nash. I’m a chestnut Thoroughbred gelding, born April 17, 2010, in Texas, standing 16.1 hands. My sire is Fireboy and my dam is Ashleigh’s Doggie by Stalwart.
I came to Mane Characters through the RACE Fund after spending far too long at an auction lot. I arrived feeling pretty down and depressed, but the moment I stepped into my new pasture everything began to change. The team here showered me with love, good food, and patience until my sparkle came back. Now I have a best friend named Fred, lush grass to graze, and people who celebrate every small victory. I’ve gone from feeling invisible to feeling truly seen and valued. Life after the track has turned into the retirement I always deserved. Every Horse A Tale To Tell… and mine is proof that it’s never too late for a happy ending.
