Spirit
Hello, my name is Spirit Seeker, though the folks here sometimes call me Children of the Corn with the biggest smile. I’m a 27-year-old Standardbred, foaled May 8, 1999, up in Quebec, Canada. I’ve lived a long, tough life, and I carry every mile of it in my bones.
I walked off what everyone still calls the ‘trailer from hell’ and arrived with challenges, including a torn ligament. But I stepped off with my head high and my spirit unbroken. I love nothing more than soaking up the warm Kentucky sun on my back, rolling in the mud, eating like a king, and enjoying food, freedom, and family. The team here says I’m tough as nails, and I am. My spirit was never lost, it was just waiting to be sought. Every Horse A Tale To Tell… and mine is a story of an unbreakable spirit.
